hello,
i used to be part of a few bimmer groups around 15-20 years ago. bcg was one of them because i remember some members, but ironically, i forgot my username.
i still have my 1984 635 euro, with alpina suspension, and alpina 17 wheels. the car is my daily driver, and has served me well for over 20 years. this is a photo from today when i noticed the "shark" like sihoulette of our e24's. hopefully, i will join another pacific sharkfest in 2022.
cheers,
marko

Re: Hello from a new-old member
Marko,
I see that you attended the 2004 PSF in Paso Robles. I do the event registration now. We are missing your current address, etc.
If you send me your contact information via private message, I will make sure you get notice of the next Pacific Sharkfest. We are planning to be in Paso Robles again to mark the 20th year!
Looking forward to seeing you and your car there.
Steve

Hey Marko, welcome back
As Steve noted, please connect with him, as next year's PSF is going to be a good one
And hopefully you have been able to replace your rear bumper by now
Looking forward to seeing you again

Hey Marko,
Welcome back. Good to see you still have your E24.
As I recall, a few of us did a day drive to Napa and ended with lunch in Calistoga quite a few years ago (maybe 2005 ?) and you were able to join us from Sacramento.
As what Steve and Bobbo said, hopefully we'll see you at the next PSF in 2022.
I believe that’s your car at the end?

Re: Hello from a new-old member
hi all,
thanks for the replies! i don't remember my username, but it might have been "marko".
i will definitely contact "steve m6" to update my information. sorry for the super delayed reply, but i am very much into my 635 and want to join another event.
hahaha...grnshark, good memory! i have not repaired the rear bumper, but have repaired the front bumper twice...due to young drivers making left hand turns in front of me. both times, the insurance companies paid around $5,000 to repair the front, so that is a good sign, but new parts are becoming NLA. gotta watch out for those young drivers, or maybe one of them should rear-end me, so i can finally repair the rear bumper. i shouldn't say that, though.
tommy; my wife said that she went to high school with you, because something popped up on her facebook account and saw your shark. i recognized you, and told her that we "knew" each other. i'll message you privately with more details.
it's good to be back!
marko
