FS - UK RHD M635CSi #499

Post by Soperman »

G201TYX.

£115,000.
I think this must be the highest ever priced M635 outside of the USA.
I wonder why it commands a £10,000 premium over #055 (also just advertised by Classic Heroes) which has even fewer miles?

Looks fantastic!
Shame the steering wheel is on the wrong side, otherwise I would have bought it right away 8)

Purely a personal opinion (and no doubt some will differ), but although I like the idea of a late Highline, if I could only afford one of them (ha ha!), I would opt for the #055, all other things being equal, as the S2 appearance is so much better on the eye

I’m in agreement with you Pod.

There’s a preferable, simpler elegance to Bracq’s original lines with the slimmer bumper format. Of course styling is a subjective matter, but I find the Highline cars a little bottom heavy. On the other hand, look how popular the Kardashians are these days.

Cue the debate!

Always fun a discussion about taste. :D
I prefer the late Highlines, I like the more modern eighties look over the original slim design.
If I had to choose one, I would definitely go for the Zinnober red Highline.

Easy decision for me.
As I already have a red Highline, it would have to be the earlier black one for me.
