Post by gilach »

Folks, can anyone identify the mini tank that sits between the fuel pump and the fuel filter, see pixs. Cars is a 1981 euro. Thanks in advance.

I think that's the original fuel filter.

That's what I thought, then I cut into it and it's an empty chamber/tank.

If it's empty, it's not a filter. Does your car have the carbon filled fuel vapor accumulator?

Was there a diaphram inside, or just empty?
