Hmmm, in Chattanooga? That might be do-able, if you allow ugly examples.

That would be a nice drive. Waiting for your answer Dug. I'm in the same (ugly shark) boat.

As one of the organizers, I would like to PARTICULARLY extend an invitation to the "tired, the weary, the huddled sixes yearning to breathe free..." That's how the quote goes, right? :) You never know - you might just earn yourself the coveted Dan Erwin "Crusty" award, given annually to the car with the most... potential... I took that award in 2010 and it's the only trohpy/award I hang in my garage.

We'd LOVE to have some folks in from the left coast! Doug, lead the way!

Nice to get an invite for us owners that cherish our cars even though they are not as "pristine" as they could be. One of my big motivators to get my Leatherique interior project done is so I at least have an interior in the car. I would love to attend and this would probably be the cars first major drive in the Spring considering I would be coming from Massachusetts.

Hello Folks!

Just a reminder that we are one month from registration cutoff for Southeast Sharkfest 2016 sponsored by Odometergears.com! The event is shaping up quite well and as we iron out the hour by hour details we wanted to send out a note to everyone. If you are planning on coming, PLEASE register as early as possible, as it helps us greatly to determine our final numbers for food etc.

Another HUGE thanks go out to our sponsors. Thanks to them, we have a record $3500 worth of merchandise and gift certificates to give away in this year's Saturday raffle!

We have secured a fantastic show venue on a private road owned by the Hunter Museum of American Art. The cars will be positioned in front of a massive early 20th century mansion perched on a bluff overlooking the Tennessee River. The location conveniently connects via walking bridges to the downtown area, complete with shopping, restaurants and a wonderful aquarium. There is also a sizable walking bridge that crosses the Tennessee river to Coolidge Park on the other side.

This venue should provide for a very neat backdrop to the event and we can't wait to see all our cars lined up together.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It was brought to our attention that on one area of the Event Info page, the dates were improperly imported from the previous year. To confirm, Southeast Sharkfest will begin on the evening of Thursday April 28th, 2016 and conclude on the morning of Sunday May 1st, 2016. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

For full event information visit www.bmwsharkfest.org to register today! Also join the Southeast Sharkfest Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/southeastsharkfest for play by play updates during the event!

Looking forward to seeing everyone there! It's going to be a GREAT year.
