There is a difference between the early cars and later ones. The difference is the edge of the arch to the wheel well on the bottom front edge. The later cars have a fit where they are a lot closer in between. I also found where the top of the arch is has an inner and outer panel I cut a section fro...

I power washed mine and also scraped all the stuff that was still loose. I re coated it and while painting it, we did the underside body color That was how mine was from the factory/. I also re coated all the seams and slopped it on with a paint brush and it looks factory

I bought the headliner and sunroof panel for about $175 years ago from GAHH Myself snd a friend installed it ourselves The car was totally "glass out" and has to be this way to install properly Maybe that's why your being quoted so high But do look into GAHH

Check GAHH in Burbank? L area anyway. They made mine and I was very happy with it They are a brick and stone shop so you can go to them and see the products they have

You can buy large, long rubber ramps. Put them between the curb and your driveway. Another idea is to get a section of rubber hose, slit it and put it over the lower lip of the airdam

If you don't want to go new, look up WhitePost Restorations. IIRC they sleeve the cylinder in stainless and do a total rebuild.

On the E9 forum someone mentioned they are using Delco alternators. I don't know if it's P&P.. Either way you should replace with at least a 90 amp unit unless you have one already.I picked up my 90 on eBay, rebuilt, for less than a $100

My 81 Euro has the part number 4, but, with the "foot"(screen) as shown on part 5 as shown in the parts diagram.

Well, if I am not mistaken, isn't bituminous tar paper? We covered the floor with it and the a small layer of closed cell foam and then used what was left of the original foam to it once I had a solid base, I glued the original foam to I and filled the missing part of it with new foam. My local auto...

Original deadener is tarpaper. I used it in mine, but I think I will pull the carpet and put dynomat over it.

Mounting flanges should be square with 4 bolts holding them. I would think they should fit unless the flanges are 2 bolt My guess is you might have to reconfigure the down pipes....maybe

I used particle board as a base and then put, cabinet grade, birch veneer plywood over it with a 3' metal plate in the middle wrapping the edges
