Can't help with all of these items, but the chain tensioner (#2 - 64521289076) is discontinued and NLA. That said, the E30 / E34 tensioner (64551714458) is still available and is a perfect fit replacement. Costs under $20 last I checked.

I'll look into that. It sure seems like different part numbers would have different dimensions, but what would I know. I appreciate the info.

Re: Wing cell AC compressor bracket assembl
Well, I thought I had everything lined up and would be soon heading for final assembly. Not so fast. The tensioner/support bracket (64 55 17 14 458) is back ordered with no availability date. I have a line on pars car(s) an hour or so from here. I'll give him a call in the morning.
Oh yeah, the 'complete AC O-ring kit is not, no expansion valve orifice seal.

Re: Wing cell AC compressor bracket assembl
Another setback. I had a line on a complete compressor bracket assembly as well as various trim bits I've needed from a fella up in Sebring with a couple parts cars. We had discussed me driving up to see him this morning after our conversation a week or so ago. He hasn't responded to calls or texts to set it up for a few days now. Hopefully I'll still hear from him.
I am still looking for a wing cell compressor bracket assembly.
Since then I have emailed a couple BMW salvage yards found on the webz. I'll see what they come up with.
Once I can hang the compressor I will be able to route and make the hoses. All I can do right now is little detail work. It has gotten silly hot here, I'd like to finish this up and enjoy cool blow.

Is this what you're after?
Lower chain tensioner assembly from 1986 635CSi.
I've kept the upper engine-block support bracket on my car.
Make me an offer if you like. Located in Sydney, Australia if you're willing to pay for postage.
The teeth are a little chewed up, but the bracket-side could be cleaned up with a little bit of effort, and the bolt could be used when rotated to the good side.

Re: Wing cell AC compressor bracket assembl
Well. that's part of it. I would also need the part you have bolted to your block. I appreciate the offer and I'll keep it in mind if a complete assembly is unavailable.
Hopefully between Ralph and Jay I can get what I am looking for. What I need is all the parts on this page:https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpa ... Id=64_0430, besides the belt of course. My digging has this bracket assembly from 4/84 on E24 as well as a bunch of E28s and E34s. Probably others I haven't dug up yet. I'll be trying the guy in Sebring again, hopefully he's OK.

Yes, I was aware of that. Two parts as I recall are not, thus the search for the works.
