Have you seen this posting which appears on the Car Club website? For pre 1995 BMWs to meet at Box Hill.

The web site for the Cafe does not have any detail for this event http://www.rykas.co.uk.
However their welcome in the CC posting is very nice. So far my diary has been free for that morning - let's go!!!!!
